Dr. Michele Dimaira |
Dr. Dimaira is a life-long
resident of New Jersey. Born in Jersey City, she attended St.
Dominic Academy before entering Douglass College (Rutgers
University) on a full academic scholarship. She began her
affiliation with dentistry in high school at the age of 14 while
working for her orthodontist. She continued working as a
dental assistant throughout college and then entered New Jersey
Dental School to pursue her dream of becoming a dentist.
During dental school she was drawn to the field of Periodontics.
She continued her desire to educate and treat this
systemic-reaching disease during her general practice residency
at Lyons, NJ. Ultimately, she pursued her goal to become a
Periodontist at the Veterans Administration Medical Center at

Dr. Kenneth A. Gluck |
Dr. Gluck
grew up on Long Island where he was lucky enough to meet his
best friend and future wife (yes, same person) during his high
school education. Although she was “love at first sight”, and
his only sight, his areas of academic interest in college were
eclectic, including physics (engineering), computer science,
business, and economics while also completing various courses in
the medical sciences. With a major in economics, he graduated in
three years from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts cum
laude, and decided to remain there voluntarily for an extra year

Sara Griffin |
Sara began working for Dr. Dimaira in 2003. Her previous
career as an Esthetician prepared her for interacting with
patients and detailed work with her hands. She is an extremely
artistic and talented dental assistant. Sara lives with her
husband in Pompton Plains and has two daughters. She has an
English Springer Spaniel named
Ginger, a hamster
named Precious, and a grey tiger cat named
Smokey. |

Kathleen Mittermaier |
Kathy has been the chief dental assistant for Dr. Dimaira since
the practice began. She is responsible for keeping the office
running smoothly and on-time. She is friendly and easy to talk
to. She lives in Parsippany with her husband has 3 adult
children. She is a proud grandma to a black and white Dachshund
named Oreo. |

Susan Dispenza |
Susan earned her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from
Farleigh Dickinson University in 1989. She has been practicing
with Dr. Dimaira since 1999. She currently lives in Montville
with her husband and two sons. She enjoys chatting with her
patients and educating them concerning their oral health. She
has a grey cat named Simon and a black and white named Max. |

Karen Zabriskie |
Karen has been Dr. Dimaira’s Office Manager/Dental Implant
Coordinator for over 15 years. She is cross-trained as a
chairside assistant as well as a front desk receptionist. Karen
has excellent communication skills and will navigate our
patients through their treatment plans and financial
responsibilities. She lives in Rockaway with her husband, two
sons, her dog Cosmo and cat named Bandit. |

Heather Pulaski |
Heather began working for Dr. Dimaira is 2004. She has a
colorful work history including working in hospital security,
for the forest park ranger service, and the probation
department. Heather now serves as our full time receptionist.
She will greet you in person at the front desk and is also
likely to answer your telephone call. Heather lives in Lincoln
Park with her golden retriever,

her Schnauzer-Terrier mix

Marlene Small |
Marlene began working for Dr. Dimaira in 2008 and functions as
our specialist in insurance matters. She graduated Newark State
in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.
After a brief career in teaching she worked for an insurance
company for several years. She lives in Parsippany with her
brother Bill. Marlene and Bill are siblings to our dental
assistant Kathy. |

William Small |
Bill joined our group in 2004 and serves as our Network
Administrator. He attended St. Ambrose College in Davenport,
Iowa. He completed his studies at the Chubb Institute in order
to increase his expertise in Computer Science. He worked for
IBM as a Project Manager and Certified Consultant. He lives in
Parsippany with his sister Marlene. |

Victoria Czarnecki |
Vicki joined the team in Dr. Dimaira’s office in 2007. She
works part-time as a receptionist/front desk person. She was
formally trained as a legal secretary and worked in that career
for several years prior to starting her family. She lives in
Livingston with her husband and college-aged son. She truly is
part of the office family as she is Dr. Dimaira’s sister-in-law. |

Dina D'Elia, RDH |
Dina joined Dr. Dimaira’s office in 2005. She works part-time
as a registered dental hygienist. She worked for several years
as a registered dental assistant prior to attending dental
hygiene school. Dina is certified in administering local dental
anesthetic and would be more than happy to give anesthesia to
her patients during routine or deep cleanings for their
comfort. Dina lives in Cedar Knolls with her husband and two
daughters. She is a proud owner of a very chubby rabbit,
Cinnamon. |

Melissa Dispenza |
Melissa began working in Dr. Dimaira’s office while she was a
student at Montville High School. She proceeded to obtain her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Art and Design from Monmouth
University in 2005. She had a minor in Photography. She works
on Saturdays at the office as our front desk person. She lives
in Montville with her mom and is the younger sister of our
hygienist Susan. Melissa has a cat named Lucky. |
